ConnectHealth is recruiting a Maternal Fetal Medicine/Perinatology physician for a contract opportunity.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Call
- The call rotation is 1:5.
- Delivery call is not required.
- Weekend coverage options include 12-hour in-house shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Weekend coverage options also include 12-hour in-house shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- The 24-hour call option typically includes four hours of morning work followed by off-campus pager coverage.
Care setting
- Coverage spans three practice locations.
Clinical support
- Registered nurses provide support at each location.
- Geneticists provide subspecialist support.
- Diabetes services are available.
- Sonographers are available in each room.
Licensing
- Candidates awaiting California licensing may be considered.
- Candidates should confirm whether they currently hold an active California license.
Availability and credentialing
- Start after credentialing is complete.
- Physicians must be credentialed at all three practice locations.
- Candidates must be willing to cover after-hours in-house weekday shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to provide weekend coverage.
- Candidates must be willing to provide additional weekday hours when requested.
- Candidates should state their availability in weeks or days per month.
- Candidates should provide a CV and an NPDB self-query for review.
- After-hours and weekend coverage require a clinical assessment, normally after at least three rotations; an earlier assessment may be possible.
Commitment
- Commitments starting at one week per month may be considered.
